KAMEHA Co., Ltd. specialises in the chemical polishing of ultra-fine bores and complex internal surfaces. Working through our group’s manufacturing facilities and our own processing technology, we cover planning, development, manufacturing and supply—from UHP capillary tubing production through contract polishing of hard-to-finish internal surfaces to technology transfer.

Our story
Our technology traces back to a specialist chemical polishing plant founded in Shanghai, China, in 2005. Over more than 20 years since, we have built up deep expertise in the chemical polishing of metal internal surfaces.
In 2023 we established KAMEHA Co., Ltd. in Tokyo to serve customers directly. In 2024 we opened a manufacturing facility in Guangzhou, China, dedicated to the chemical polishing of ultra-fine UHP capillary tubing and bellows.
Chemical polishing is inherently strong at treating complex geometries. Our contribution has been to extend that strength into ultra-fine and hard-to-process internal surfaces—a capability we built independently, by working on gaps the market had left unaddressed.

Equipment developed in-house
To process ultra-fine bores and complex internal geometries uniformly, we have developed and installed dedicated equipment for each stage—from cleaning through polishing and drying.
Ultrasonic degreasing & cleaning
Removes oils and foreign matter from the internal surface, establishing a clean base before polishing.
CP chemical polishing
Independently developed equipment that brings the polishing chemistry into uniform contact with ultra-fine bores and complex internal surfaces.
Ultrapure water ultrasonic rinsing
Completely removes residual chemistry with ultrapure water, securing surface cleanliness.
Drying
Dries components while maintaining cleanliness, ready for the next stage or for shipment.
