We offer our capabilities in three forms: chemically polished UHP capillary tubing supplied as finished product, toll chemical polishing of customer-supplied parts, and technology transfer. All three rest on the same foundation — internal chemical polishing on independently developed, dedicated equipment.
Built on our own technology

UHP Capillary Tubing
Ultra-fine stainless capillary tubing, 0.2–1.0 mm ID. Internal chemical polishing delivers Ra 0.17 µm and an improved Cr/Fe ratio. Over ten times the throughput of electropolishing, suited to stable large-lot production.

Toll Chemical Polishing
Chemical polishing of customer-supplied material — capillaries, precision parts, medical needles — with process control built on more than 20 years of production experience.
Bellows interiors welcome — with a polishing track record on shapes long considered impractical.

UHP Tubing (Long & Large-Bore)
Technology transfer & partnership production
UHP tubing in 3.18 and 6.35 mm ID, up to 6 m in length, for high-purity semiconductor piping. We have supplied equipment and technical guidance to overseas ventures, and welcome partnership-production inquiries in Japan and the United States.
About Our Chemical Polishing
Unlike electropolishing, chemical polishing requires no electrode attached to each workpiece, and the chemistry can act on complex internal geometries — that is its essential advantage. We have extended this advantage into territory long considered impractical: Ø0.2 mm ultra-fine bores and bellows interiors.
